Solomon Mohati
I am Solomon Mohati and I was born in 17 March 1973 in Rikhotso Village of Queen Modjadji. I failed standard ten in 1997 at Gwambeni High School.
I started working at 28 June 1999.
according to my view means something in my life. I want to help to make the best project in our Country.
According to our Shangaan culture we like embroidery. And the Western culture does their cultural things. We do combine these two cultures to gain something better. We want to see what will happen.
I’m proud of my Shangaan culture because everything that we do with our culture, we make other cultures to join us. Some people outside South Africa they want to know what to wear, how to dance, how to behave…That is why I am proud of this culture of mine.
If this project collapse or when I lose my job here in - I will be very unhappy because makes me happy- which means that I am proud of this . We work together with white people and that is very good- to meet together and like each other. This means that nothing can happen without unity. I like this project because put me somewhere.
According to my personal story or my Shangaan story: When I was at school, I have wanted to be an artist. The Shangaan people are the people we love the most. And even myself I love and like everyone, hatred is not good, if you hate someone you will not be successful in life. I want everyone to open his or her mind to do something in life, don’t be discouraged and don’t allow someone to discourage you. I can say that go on with your gift, don’t be criticized. Because when you are criticized you are destroying the purpose of yourself and you will not be succeeding in life. If you do something wrong, the following day you must try your best. I want everybody to know that we learn from mistakes.
Go on with doing something and helping people to lead better lives. Grow Grow! |
